Kids' Parties- "Cupcakes and Canvases"

Recommended ages-7 to 13 

  • parties are 2 1/2 hours long

  • We provide cupcakes (non-themed) for each partygoer and juice boxes

  • You are welcome to bring your own food, drinks, themed cake/cupcakes, goodie bags

  • Cost is $200 for up to 10 children or less- $24 for each additional child -  Children’s parties are held on Saturday mornings between the hours of, 10 am-4 pm or Sundays, from 12 noon to 4 pm- $100 deposit required 

Private Party

 

  • Prices are the same per person ($35.00)as our regular public classes.

  • No set up, no clean up - just show up and party!

  • You get the room for a total of three (3) hours, which includes 30 minutes before your paint time to arrive and set-up, two (2) hours of step-by-step instructions and 30 minutes afterwards to take photos, celebrate and gather your belongings! Should you need additional time for your party, we can accommodate your group at an additional rate of $50.00 per half hour.

  • We provide all of the art supplies, as well as basic cups, napkins, paper plates, and corkscrews.

  • Guests may bring their snacks and drinks of choice or purchase a bottle wine from our selection.

 

How do I reserve and pay for my party?

  • The Orange Studio can accommodate a maximum of 30 guests. 

  • The Yellow Room can accommodate a maximum of 12 guests. 

  • The minimum number of painters required for private parties on Friday and Saturday nights is 12. 

  • The minimum number of painters required for private parties at all other times is 10.

  • We charge a deposit of 3 seats $105 for a 2-hour class.  

  • We require at least one week (7 days) notice if you should need to cancel.  You may reschedule your party at this time.  If you fail to give us at least one week notice from your scheduled party date, your deposit will be forfeited and your party will not be rescheduled.  Additionally, individual registered guests MUST cancel their reservation no later than 48 hours, prior to event date, to receive a refund or credit. If minimum notice is not given, there will be no refund or credit provided. 

    If the minimum requirement is not met for the party through attendance, the host/hostess will be charged the balance to meet the minimum.
