Kids' Parties- "Cupcakes and Canvases"

Recommended ages-7 to 13 

  • parties are 2 1/2 hours long

  • We provide cupcakes (non-themed) for each partygoer and juice boxes

  • You are welcome to bring your own food, drinks, themed cake/cupcakes, goodie bags

  • Cost is $225 for up to 10 children or less- $24 for each additional child -  Children’s parties are held on Saturday mornings between the hours of, 10 am-4 pm or Sundays, from 12 noon to 4 pm- $100 deposit required 

Private Party

 

  • Prices are the same per person ($35.00)as our regular public classes.

  • No set up, no clean up - just show up and party!

  • For private parties, you get the studio for a total of two and a half hours, which includes 30 minutes before your paint time to arrive and set-up, two (2) hours of step-by-step instructions. Should you need additional time for your party, we can accommodate your group at an additional rate of $50.00 per half hour.

  • We provide all of the art supplies and aprons to wear while painting.

  • Guests may bring in any snacks or small appetizers. We have wine for sale by the bottle.

 

How do I reserve and pay for my party?

  •  Give us a call and we will set up your party on our site so that you and your guest can pay for your seats

  • The minimum number of painters required for private parties on Friday and Saturday nights is 8. 

  • The minimum number of painters required for private parties at all other times is 6.

  • We charge a deposit of 3 seats $105 for a 2-hour class.  

  • We require at least one week (7 days) notice if you should need to cancel.  You may reschedule your party at this time.  If you fail to give us at least one week notice from your scheduled party date, your deposit will be forfeited and your party will not be rescheduled.  Additionally, individual registered guests MUST cancel their reservation no later than 48 hours, prior to event date, to receive a refund or credit. If minimum notice is not given, there will be no refund or credit provided. 

    If the minimum requirement is not met for the party through attendance, the host/hostess will be charged the balance to meet the minimum.
